Why Netherlands and Ghana?

Why Netherlands?
Against the Hot favorite, most expect at least the 5 times Champion Brazil to ease through.
However they were wrong, I spotted a news articles on Dunga wanting to win the World Cup as a player and Coach, it affect the players' style of play and thus affect their performances.
Selfishness in a coach perception often ruin the team. This information was even supported by Brazil Legend Pele as The Brazilian World Cup Hero went on to criticise countryman Dunga, saying that he believed the current Selecao style of play was unacceptable.

"I myself was a forward and I always wanted to score goals. That was the most important thing, because it encouraged the fans. The current team on the other hand plays on the counter attack, it does not control the ball well.

"The will and the domination to control the opponent and have the ball are no longer there."
I taking the chance on Brazil not performing to their expectation.

Why Ghana?
Although Uruguay is on great form and has not lost a match in this World Cup, their defence is affected with 1 of the key defender injured.

Ghana although has injury problem, they have more fans' support in the whole of Africa waiting for them to be the first Africa team to reach semi final and thus create history. As such, Ghana will play much better with more determination. So it is safe to take Ghana with Asian Handicap +0.5

Unfortunately, They won the battle but lost the war. :(
