In another striker's U-turn......
Manchester United forward Dimitar Berbatov insists he will stay with the club for another year, rejecting speculation about a possible move away from Old Trafford.
In an interview for the 24 Chassa daily published on Thursday, the 30-year-old former Bulgaria captain says he is determined to regain his place.
Berbatov, whose contract expires in 2012, says “I’m a Manchester United player and will be glad to fulfill my contract.”
Berbatov was the Premier League’s joint top scorer this season with 20 goals as United won its 19th league title, and vowed to help the club win the title again next year.
