French giants Paris Saint-Germain have made a formal bid for QPR playmaker Adel Taarabt, according to reports.
It was reported earlier this week that PSG were in talks with Taarabt's representatives over a return to France after he came through the youth ranks at Lens.
And it is now believed that the Ligue 1 outfit, who have recently been taken over by Qatari investors, have lodged an £8.7million offer for the mercurial Moroccan.
The 22-year-old shone last season after making a permanent move to Loftus Road from Tottenham last summer for a fee of around £1million.
Taarabt was named the Championship's player of the year after helping the Hoops win the title to return to the Premier League after a 15-year absence.
